Based on the artist's research on repetition as punishment, the work cites autobiographical facts from her life, concerning abuse, verbal, physical and psychological. It is an exploration of repetition, not as a principle of learning but as punishment and/or abuse and the reasons for its existence and application. The piece delves into the concept of abuse and the role of abuser, victim and observer.
