Selected tools available online along with real life events, inspire this tutorial on how to be a modern, maybe even a classic woman. The body is at the center of the care, empowerment and reclaiming of women's place in a modern democracy.

Taking for granted what exists in abundance around us and despite the frequent remarks that "enough with the position of women, we've said it, we've seen it all", on the scene comes an action in harmony with the hyped and widely spread rhetoric of extreme political elements. Keeping herself as part of a society that passes these rhetorics as obviously extreme and therefore not dangerous, interdisciplinary artist Anthi Kettirou, synthesizes on stage experiences of a body that has heroically and successfully passed through competitive gymnastics, dance training, motherhood, participation in commons and social life. Heartfelt, if sometimes intense, she shares simple and effective guidance on becoming the woman you can be. It's hard work, but it's worth it. It is even necessary. Of course, you can and should try it at home. And of course, all genders are welcome. They will be kindly helped to find their own place, at the right time.
